Open lots dry out fast
Open lots get a lot of sun and wind. The soil dries out fast and packs hard. Water from the sprinklers can run off before it soaks in. Aeration gives that water a way into the ground.
Watering the day before your aeration day matters a lot on these lots. Dry, hard soil is tough to pull cores from. A good soak the day before lets us pull deeper plugs.

Homes are spread out more here, but the neighbor deal still works for anyone on your road. Book together and you each take $20 off.
