Lawn aeration in Promontory
Promontory has larger lots, and many owners are not in town full time. Our process is built so you do not have to be there. We schedule, do the work, and text you when it is done.
Aeration while you are away
A lot of Promontory homes are second homes. Here is how we make that easy:
- No need to be home. We text your aeration day about a week ahead, then text you again when we finish.
- Gate access. When you book, tell us how we get through the gate. We will need that before your day.
- Watering. We ask that the lawn be watered the day before. If your sprinklers run on a timer or a property manager handles them, just let them know the date.
- Pay from anywhere. The invoice comes after the work is done. Pay by card, ACH or check.
If a property manager or caretaker looks after your home, they can book for you.
Pricing on larger lots
Many Promontory lots have more lawn than our standard size of about 6,000 sq ft of grass. Others have smaller lawns surrounded by native landscaping. Text us your address. We measure the grass from the map and text you a price before anything is scheduled.
Lawns within the standard size are $155, or $195 with fertilizer.
Aeration day in Promontory
We schedule Promontory homes on the same day. Book with someone on your street and you each take $20 off. Just add their name or address when you reserve.
