Big open lawns, one simple price
Most Park Meadows lawns fit our standard price of $155, which covers up to about 6,000 sq ft of grass. We count the grass only, not the driveway or beds.
Some lots here have more lawn than that. If yours does, text us your address and we will measure the grass from the map and send you a price. You will know the number before we come.
Pair it with fertilizer
On a big lawn, fertilizer goes a long way. When we put it down right after aeration, it drops into the open holes and reaches the root zone. The lawn stores that energy over winter and greens up stronger in spring. Aeration with fertilizer is $195 for most lawns.
Sprinkler systems
Most Park Meadows lawns have in-ground sprinklers. We flag the heads we can find before we start and work around them. If any heads are sunk low or hidden by grass, it helps to point them out or set a flag of your own.
